Over 30 Years of Quality Preschool Education
Established in 1986, R.E.A.L Kids (formerly known as CEC) is one of the country's largest owner-operated preschool chains with more than 30 centres nationwide. R.E.A.L Kids provides full extended programmes which include a host of enrichment lessons and extracurricular activities. One of the newest additions to the family - R.E.A.L Kids Anggun City, Rawang - began operations in early 2019 and offers a comprehensive 'full extended' programme from 8am to 6pm.
R.E.A.L Kids Anggun City is a one-stop centre offering amenities and programmes that support the various areas of development for children aged 3 to 6 years. The centre boasts conducive and spacious rooms for experimental and exploratory learning, designated STEM facilities, an art centre, stage areas for drama and public speaking, a dedicated canteen, culinary kitchen, as well as a creative ‘tumble and play’ area. At R.E.A.L Kids Anggun City, the line between learning and play is blurred. Learning is fuelled by tapping into children’s curiosity and imagination through a plethora of engaging activities. When children play, they take the lead and follow their own curiosity.
According to centre manager Ms Malarini, "Seeing children develop and grow into confident lifelong learners provides me the inspiration I need daily and knowing that R.E.A.L Kids Anggun City provides this very platform for growth and development, I know I have found my place”. Meanwhile, principal of R.E.A.L Kids Anggun City, Ms Gnanam, welcomes all children to experience the centre. Best Trilingual Curriculum
Literacy development is a vital part of children’s overall development. Books are mirrors and windows that help children shape their worldview, but before children learn to read and write, they need to develop building blocks for literacy and language which include the ability to speak, listen, watch, and understand. R.E.A.L Kids Anggun City aims to raise articulate children through its well-rounded literacy programmes which include ‘Communication Art’, ‘Oxford English’, ‘Literacy Work’ and ‘Building Effective Speaking Talent (BEST)’. R.E.A.L Kids’ trilingual curriculum helps children to acquire literacy skills in the three main languages; namely English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Junior Leadership Programme
Whether leaders are born or made, R.E.A.L Kids believes that every child has the potential to be a leader. R.E.A.L Kids Anggun City offers the R.E.A.L Kids’ Junior Leadership Programme; a programme that is designed to encourage children to lead and execute change, as well as to cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
