New technologies shaped by the Internet, are shaping the way today's children perceive playtime in ways obvious and subtle, deliberate and unintentional. The marked increase in time spent interacting with electronic devices is only the tip of the iceberg. It would be no exaggeration to say that today's children might be missing the obvious beauty of "Let's go out and play." Trained Educators With Experience
Q-dees USJ 4 is committed to hiring educators of the highest quality. Each classroom is staffed with one teacher certified in either Early Childhood Education or Education. Some of them have been accredited with First Aid Certification.
The minimum requirement for a Teaching Assistant is that they would need to have the Basic Child Care Course or Kursus Asuhan dan Didikan Kanak-Kanak PERMATA (KAP) by Malaysia Social Welfare Department.- Ms. Alyssa
Aside from encouraging children to develop their creativity and self-expression whilst ensuring educational excellence, the school is also committed to ensuring that parents stay involved in their child's progress. Q-dees USJ 4 uses a mobile application to give parents real-time updates what goes on in the classroom. The application also allows teachers and parents to communicate more effectively throughout the school day.

Every detail of Q-dees USJ 4 facility is designed with children in mind. Learning spaces are safety-certified; equipped with age-appropriate sensory toys and learning materials. The entire school itself is a well-prepared learning environment where children are free to rotate through various learning activities. A playground is a great place for children to learn through play while developing gross motor skills. The playground at Q-dees USJ 4, which is fully enclosed by fencing, has play structures, a bicycle path and a dedicated area where water play activity takes place. The synthetic turf is used to cushion their learning bodies while bringing the look of nature into their play environment. Q-dees USJ 4 has stringent security measures in place to give families a high level of comfort and peace of mind. Key principles of their security include an entry control system, arrival and pick-up procedures and a video monitoring system.
