Company Introduction
Al-Amin Darul Musthofa Early Childhood Centre, located on the ground floor of the same building as our primary school in Taman Industri Bolton, Batu Caves, Selangor, features a spacious 3,000-square-foot area. The centre accommodates up to 120 students within a secure, gated environment. Our early childhood centre benefits from shared facilities with the primary school, including a multipurpose hall, library, ICT lab, outdoor games area, and 24/7 guarded premises.
Regular operating hours are from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, with extended care available under adult supervision until 7:00 pm, offering convenience for busy modern parents. Our after-class childcare service provides a safe and nurturing environment, with additional educational opportunities including extra reading and writing classes, Al-Quran recitation and memorization programs, and engagement with educational tools. This ensures both academic enrichment and social development while allowing children to interact with their peers.
Job Description
Objective:
To provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that aligns with the preschool's mission and vision. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and fostering the holistic development of children aged 4-6 years, while supporting the preschool's objectives in cultivating character, confidence, and talents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that nurtures students' physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with national curriculum guidelines.
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons using a variety of learning materials, tools, and techniques.
- Foster the development of students’ character, confidence, and individual talents.
- Supervise students throughout the day, ensuring safety during classroom activities, breaks, and transitions.
- Assess and document students’ educational progress, interests, and talents.
- Provide constructive feedback and reports to parents, guardians, and preschool management.
- Communicate students’ progress effectively with parents and guardians.
- Work closely with the preschool management to address students' needs and implement improvements.
- Organize, attend, and supervise school activities, including field trips, camps, and sports events.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree/Montessori Certificates, or an equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internships are available.
• No prior work experience is required, but experience in the education field will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English (written and spoken).
• Pro-active Patient, creative, resourceful, and self-initiated.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and hardworking with a passion for early childhood education.
