Active Special Needs is running Gymnastics & Movement class for children with special needs. In the program, we target to build their gross motor skill, body coordination, strength, flexibility, confidence and social skill.
Active Special Needs is an innovative gym programme that caters to special needs children aged 3 to 10 years old. Classes at Active Special Needs focus on several key areas, namely gross motor skills (such as running, jumping, and climbing), body coordination (the ability to coordinate different parts of the body to
produce physical movement), balance, and strength.
These activities are greatly beneficial not only in terms of enhancing their mobility, but also helps with cognitive and emotional health as it provides children with a productive outlet for their energy and emotions.
Children with sensory issues can also benefit from regular exercise as it helps them process sensory information more effectively, leading to improved concentration and reduced anxiety.
1. Assist the children in the session all the time.
2. Sanitize the gym during break time.
3. Prepare and clean up the gym before and after the session.
4. Compulsory to attend Head Coach training session.
1. One year working experience with children with special needs. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
2. Obtain Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education / Special Education / Sport Science.
3. Love working with children, enthusiastic & physically fit to work in the gym.
4. Available to work on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
RM15 - RM30 per gym session. (1 hour / session)
