For over two decades, CIC Enrichment Centre—also known as CIC Where Leaders Are Born—has built a strong reputation as one of Malaysia’s leading early childhood education brands.
Founded in 1997 by Mdm. CIC Glomac, Cyberjaya caters to working parents in Cyberjaya with children ages 3 to 12, offering a conducive place where the children can learn and thrive together with their peers. The Pearl programme, for example, provides a foundational 3.5-hour session, while the Ruby extends to 6 hours, and includes Al-Quran reading, practical solah, and storytelling. These packages allow children to enjoy a productive day enriched with activities, whilst still allocating time enough for them to rest.
Meanwhile, older children can take part in after-school programmes like the Al Muhtadeen and Al Muhtadeen +, which includes KAFA (Kelas Al-Quran & Fardu Ain) lessons and homework guidance.

CIC Leaders and Elite centres, for example, have their own syllabus based on the National Preschool Standard Curriculum (KSPK) framework, while CIC international centres integrate the Cambridge International syllabus.
