Noel enjoys his learning journey with I Can Read Hartamas. He has been looking forward attending class every weekend. As our main spoken language at home is Mandarin, there's lack of environment for him to speak English. We can see his significant improvement after 6 months of joining ICR. At the age of 4 years old, from zero knowledge of letter sounds, until he is able to blend simple cvc words on his own, we feel impressed! The teachers, are very helpful, kind, patience and considerate with my child. They always update us on our child’s lesson progress. They have effective and fun techniques and I can see progress in my son’s reading and writing. My son always looking forward to attend the class every weekend.

We are really happy with Lucas`s reading progress at I Can Read Sri Hartamas. The teachers are patient and constantly give us feedback on how to motivate and encourage him to read more at home. When my daughter first started studying at an international school in Malaysia from China, her English foundation wasn't very strong. After a year of studying at I CAN READ SRI HARTAMAS, her English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing have improved significantly across the board. The teachers here are very professional and dedicated, and the accompanying textbooks and exercises help children systematically build knowledge of English pronunciation, spelling, and reading. I still vividly remember the excitement and pride on my daughter's face when she was able to independently read a simple English book for the first time after a period of accumulated learning. I am truly grateful to all the teachers at I CAN READ SRI HARTAMAS. They hold parent-teacher conferences each term to explain the next phase of learning content, and they carefully explain key points of the homework to parents after class. I deeply appreciate every effort the teachers have made! In particular, I want to emphasize my thanks to the teacher. When we couldn't attend in-person classes, she went out of her way to arrange one-on-one online lessons for us, even when she was unwell. After each online class, she provided a summary of the lessons, which made it easier for parents to follow up on their child's learning. I am so glad we chose I CAN READ. So far I feel that her progress has been good. Purpose of us continuing is because she’s schooling at a Chinese primary school, the English standards there are not adequate. We are relying on I Can Read to improve her vocabulary and also strengthen her essay writing.

We started with I can read when my son was ard 4 yo. He’s now 6 going on 7. My son loves the classes and the teachers. I like that the class is small, thus allowing more focus on each student. The syllabus is ahead of what he learns in his school. So this in a way gives him a head start. Overall pleased with the learning that my son is gaining from I can read.

I have my elder son with I Can Read since the mid of lockdown years. I m glad to let him join I Can Read as the syllables are well planned , appropriate and accordingly. Besides, the teachers are friendly, well trained and with English language qualification. He improved a lot in vocabulary, comprehension and grammar. Meanwhile, my younger son started I Can Read since two months ago, with the interesting ways of teaching, I can see his improvement in phonic and starting to take initiative in reading. CAN READ has given my daughter the confidence to read & blend sounds to create words. In less than a year, she is fluently reading by herself. The teachers calm approach & encouragement has made lessons easier to understand. Their updates on my daughter's progress & advice has assisted in what to do at home for further progress.

This was Aisyah’s first english class and we felt it was a tremendous learning experience for her. She enjoyed every aspect of the class and she has grown so much from this class, in so many ways. Aisyah loves her teacher and this was the only extra class she looks forward to attend.The only thing that we would like to request is to push aisyah to speak more so that she is more confident..In a nutshell, we recommend this programme and look forward to send her brother.

Khalysa has shown tremendously progress in her reading and writing. Now she able to read books independently and able to answer the question given.

I am happy with my son’s progress and see a huge improvement of his phonics, but mostly importantly he enjoyed the class and really likes the teacher. I Can Read has been amazing for my daughter, Raysha. I could see progress and improvement from as early as the first month. The teacher takes keen interest in the children - she is nurturing and knows how to engage and connect with children well. Learning online has not hampered Raysha's progress - online sessions were conducted professionally and the Classin app is an effective platform and is user friendly.

Our daughter was 5yo and still couldn’t read at that time. Just after one semester, she could successfully read any random words and sentences with ease. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a centre to kick start their children’s early reading competency.

Before ICR, Lily Elena had little interest in learning to read. The teacher has made it interactive and fun recognizing sounds and reading. Now she's building her confidence in reading and spelling. Yay!
