Introduction

Big Apple Eduworld Sunshine Care Centre offers before and after school care for primary school children aged from 7 to 12 years old which is located at SS2 area. Our qualified and dedicated teachers will guide the children through their school homework and daily routines. We provide a pleasant, warm, happy learning environment as well as nutritious meals for children.

Big Apple Before & After School Care, SS2 is the 1st branch that newly open for primary children aged from 7 to 12 years old . In IPOH we are rewarded-winning centre providing a secure and loving environment for parents to have ease of mind while they are at work. It offers professional daycare services for students from the age of 7 up to 12 years old. The centre operation hours are 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday-Friday. The daycare services include lunch and transportation service . The services offered are instrumental in shaping children’s growth and development, giving them the support they need to lead successful lives in school. Students follow a structured daycare schedule to develop a better sense of self-discipline, alongside other essential life skills like time management and focus. With the said traits developed, students are able to perform better in education, life and overall well-being .

Located in SS2 Petaling Jaya which is allocates above Klinik Alam Medic. Unlike traditional tutoring environments, Big Apple Before & After School Care is spacious, comfortably air-conditioned and designed to provide children with different activity spaces that foster their creativity. It houses classrooms, a mini library, art room, canteen, shower area. The atmosphere is study-focused, yet fun, definitely an environment that children enjoy being in .

Homework Guidance and Small-Group Learning
To ensure that students can keep up and excel at school, Big Apple Before & After School provides homework supervision and tutorial assistance in five core subject areas: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Mathematics, and Science. The sessions are carried out in small groups that are structured around students' individual needs . The lessons are designed to make learning engaging and focus on assisting the students to understand the concepts, as opposed to blindly memorizing information. Teachers cum facilitators will engage students in learning using an interactive learning method, make learning fun using educational games, promote critical thinking skills using written tasks, etc . To maximize the potential of academic excellence, mock exams are utilized to ensure students are equipped with the techniques to answer exam questions. Students are evaluated based on their learning progress and academic performance on monthly basis .

Interactive Online Lessons
Big Apple Before & After School offers the students a remote learning opportunity, via – gurupanda –their online learning platform. This is definitely an added advantage for the students to develop the habit of learning anywhere, anytime. The e-lessons are designed according to topics that are covered in Malaysia's National Curriculum. Animated videos are created to engage students in learning, while quizzes are designed to support learning.
