The National Institute of Child Care and Education (NICCE) is a recognised training institute located in Kota Damansara, Selangor, established in 2022 by the founders of Choo Choo Train Child Care & Kindergarten.
NICCE is accredited by the Department of Skills Development (JPK) and offers comprehensive training through the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) programme. The institute combines theory with hands-on practicum at its own award-winning child care centre, ensuring trainees receive real classroom experience.
NICCE is committed to empowering women, mothers, and community members with the knowledge, skills, and recognised certification to begin or advance their careers in early childhood education.
- Conduct training sessions based on the PERMATA curriculum and standards.
- Deliver engaging, practical, and interactive modules for early childhood educators.
- Prepare training materials and adapt delivery to suit different learning styles.
- Provide assessments, feedback, and reporting as required.
- Work closely with NICCE’s academic and coordination teams to ensure training quality and compliance.
- Background in early childhood education, training, or related field.
- Valid TOT PERMATA certification (by KPWKM)
- Preferably with Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and/or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) - an added advantage
- Experience in ECCE, adult training, or curriculum implementation
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with professionalism and reliability.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
