We’re looking for a warm, responsible, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team. You will care for children aged 1.5 to 3 years, support their learning through play, foster emotional development, and build trusting relationships with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity, motor skills, and communication
- Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
- Attend to children’s daily routines (feeding, diapering, napping) with love and patience
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents about their child’s day and progress
- Work collaboratively with teammates and follow Casa Bambini’s values and routines
- Experience with toddlers or in early childhood settings preferred
- Passionate about working with young children
- Patient, caring, and proactive
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Minimum SPM; Early Childhood Education certification is a bonus
- Must be able to speak English fluently
- Able to commit to full-day hours (Monday to Friday)
