Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and implement engaging lessons tailored to children’s developmental needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and document children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create and enhance teaching materials.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
• Participate in professional development sessions and training programs.

Job Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range

RM3,000 - RM4,000
