Tadika Xaris is established in year 1995, with 28 years of experience in preschool industry. We adopted blended approaches from our visits to Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, Japan, China and Singapore.

- Plan lessons and implement daily programmes for assigned classes using the Montessori Philosophy
- Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom
- Involvement in school activities & events
- Prepare teaching aids (if required) to facilitate the teaching process
- Engage and motivate children through various plays and activities
