A preschool franchise brand with 90 centres across 10 states in Malaysia including Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Perak, Sarawak, Sabah, Penang, Pahang, Kedah and Melaka.
Established in 1987, Eduwis provides a monthly teacher training programme to reinforce teachers' knowledge, skills and positive mindset, ensuring the effective implementation of our holistic approach to raising well-rounded children.
To support and enhance centre performance, we established a franchise operations department. This team offers guidance, troubleshooting, and facilitates centre improvements through quality audits and consultations, conducted at least six times per year.
In 2021, Eduwis developed an online portal for teachers, ensuring consistent quality across all centres. The platform provides comprehensive resources, including teaching plans, guides, downloadable materials and operational SOPs.
We also introduced the Eduwis Leadership Shadow Programme (LSP) in 2022. This 18-month management mentoring programme is designed for carefully selected teachers. Upon completion, participants receive financial assistance from Eduwis to establish new preschool centres, creating a career path for those committed to growing with us.
This role calls for a passionate Mandarin teacher to collaborate with the principal in optimising the centre’s operations. The ideal candidate is a team player who works efficiently, is dedicated to teaching, patient, mindful and enjoys working with young children, while proactively contributing to continuous improvement.
Benefits:
• 10 times teacher's training per year
• Detailed teaching and learning manuals provided
• Opportunity to join Eduwis Leadership Shadow Program and own your new preschool
• Additional leaves & overtime pay
• Lunch provided
