Our web users often asked us, “Which kindergarten in TTDI do you recommend for my child?” Hence, here’s our sharing on some preschools that we found worthy to mention!
Note: The preschools below are listed in alphabetical order. The sequence in which they appear does not in any way reflect the ranking of the preschool.
Krisaliz Kindergarten, TTDI is the first kindergarten in Malaysia to use Accelerated Learning method in their teaching syllabus – a method that engages children on many levels, for example, in recording, presenting, learning and recalling information. To add colours to everyday learning, children’s learning is combined with various Montessori and Thematic learning enrichment classes. Class size are always kept small for systematic observation of each child. Their teachers are carefully selected based on qualifications and early childhood experience. All in all, this bright, spacious and squeaky-clean school will provide a comfortable environment for children to learn, while having their little stomachs fed with deliciously nutritious meals by a dedicated Muslim cook.
Miracle Tots Early Learning & Childcare Centre, TTDI provides an exceptional early childhood experience inspired by Finland’s renowned education system. Catering to children from three months to four years old, the centre emphasises play-based learning, nurturing creativity and critical thinking. The premises, which span three floors, boast a calming design to promote cognitive focus, and include facilities such as a dedicated messy playroom, an indoor playground, and a sensory wall. Teachers are truly passionate about nurturing young minds and are trained to guide children through enriching activities that include local and Finnish elements. Additionally, safety and hygiene are of the utmost priority, enforced through features like CCTV monitoring and an Ozone Air Sanitation system, which uses aqueous ozone to ensure surfaces are kept clean and free of harmful bacteria and microbes.
R.E.A.L Kids TTDI adopts the Multiple Intelligences approach by Dr. Howard Gardner for preschool education. Believing that every child is unique, the teachers in R.E.A.L Kids begin by discovering how each student learns best. The multi-faceted learning approach allows the child to explore a full range of learning abilities to see which best suits his/her own particular strengths and interests.
True to its name, Results Enhancing through Active Learning (R.E.A.L), the kindergarten’s academic programmes are uniquely designed to prepare the child for formal schooling. R.E.A.L Kids TTDI’s programs enhance the child’s love of learning through fun and engaging activities – all under one roof for the convenience of busy, working parents.
At The children’s house TTDI, no text books are used! Instead, learning is through hands-on! Every educational and play activities here encourages children to explore freely on their own. The children are also provided guidance in positive communication and behaviour. Using polite language and courteous behaviour are focus areas in The children’s house’s daily lessons. This impactfully helps children to better manage their emotions, effectively communicate and socialise.
The preschool also has extended hours for extra-curricular activities such as speech, drama, taekwondo, Kindermusik, art, and extra BM and Mandarin classes.
If you haven’t know, The children’s house is Malaysia’s Longest Established Montessori Preschool. This centre in TTDI 2 is their newest member of all its branches. The school prepares children aged 8 months to 4 years to be independent learners, as well as respectful, responsible and mindful individuals.
Rather than a traditional education system, the curriculum here adopts an integrated thematic approach that links different disciplines of studies – practical life, language, sensorial, mathematics, science, music and culture. The pace is unhurried, and teachers gently guide instead of interfering. Calm voices are used, everyone is treated with respect, and children are taught to share and take care of each other. The children’s house TTDI 2 aligns a prepared learning environment with appropriate experiences to promote optimal early childhood development outcomes that will not only prepare children for school, but for life.
The children's house TTDI 2 provides a full Montessori experience for its pupils aged 18 months to six years old. The beautifully designed building with spacious outdoor areas and well-equipped facilities houses two divisions, namely its Junior and Senior levels. At the Junior level, activities capitalise on play to help little ones experiment, make sense of the world, express their curiosity and cultivate a range of important foundational skills. Transitioning to the Senior level, the emphasis shifts towards more life and academic skill enhancements. Children are paired with more complex learning tools to develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling them to work through challenges or face new environments with confidence.
