Over the years, R.E.A.L Kids’ annual Fun Camp has carved a name for itself in offering consistently fun and innovative takes on children’s holiday programmes. This year-end edition is no different, with the latest theme of the Camp being dubbed ‘Our Earth, Our Future’.
Fostering lifelong love and care for nature has to be nurtured from a young age in order to ensure the future of our planet for future generations. Thus, R.E.A.L Kids has crafted a comprehensive programme for its upcoming Fun Camp that incorporates nature-themed activities that not only promises hours of fun but also raises environmental awareness and instills desirable character values.
For parents, these activities provide avenues for children to spend their holidays wisely as they serve as stepping stones for creative and intellectual growth.
“As a parent, I always want more for my child. At R.E.A.L Kids, students are exposed to a broad and diverse range of unique activities and exciting excursions for them to enjoy. These fun learning platforms consist of educational visits and field trips to a host of exciting places,” said Cheryl Chong Wan Ling, mother to Chua Jen Shen from R.E.A.L Kids Puchong Jaya.
R.E.A.L Kids’ 4-day Fun Camp will be back this November. A taste of exploring our nation’s gleaming administrative capital of Putrajaya and witnessing Malaysia’s first world-class live performance, awaits participants during their school break. This opportunity to go ‘back to nature’ so to speak, is available at all R.E.A.L Kids centres in the Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, Malacca and Negeri Sembilan. Open to non-R.E.A.L Kids students as well, the following are the Camp details:

One of the highlights of this year’s Camp includes:
Fantasy Rainforest Live Performance @ PICC
Premiering on the 20th of January 2016 at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC), Fantasy Rainforest promises a magical rainforest journey unlike any other in the world.
With its story centred on the special connection between human beings and Mother Nature, the performance showcases the various flora and fauna in Malaysia’s rainforests, as well as the tribes who live there and how they co-exist harmoniously with their surroundings.
Fun Camp participants will be thrilled by the unique cultural performances, mind-boggling stunts, world-class acrobatics and engaging storyline; complete with cutting-edge lighting, sound and special effects.
The 60-minute musical features over 60 world class performers and more than 30 backstage personnel who have worked tirelessly to bring this show to life. The show was conceptualised as a result of three years of research involving cross-country studies in Cambodia, China, Singapore, Hong Kong and France. Experts from various backgrounds including history, culture, environment and nature were also roped in to assist in this multimillion-dollar production.
Overall, this second installment of the 2016 R.E.A.L Kids Fun Camp is set to provide ample educational enjoyment spanning four days. With Fun Cookery, Science Experiments, Arts & Craft and Telematches also in the mix; participants are set to have a blast, learn new things and hone their talents while planting seeds for the future.
