SINGLE NOMINATION:

The company / organisation must have been established for a minimum of two years.
The company / organisation must hold a valid license from the relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Education (MOE) or the Department of Social Welfare (JKM).

BRAND NOMINATION:

The brand must have minimum 10 branches.
The brand must have been established for a minimum of three years. 
Each branch must hold a valid license from the relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Education (MOE) or the Department of Social Welfare (JKM).

MESA upholds a minimum criteria approach, ensuring only institutions of exceptional quality progress in the selection process. However, meeting these criteria alone does not guarantee an award. Each nominee undergoes a thorough evaluation, including document reviews, independent research, and site visits if needed. The final decision is made by the evaluation panel based on the overall assessment.
