In today’s fast-changing world, education is no longer just about scoring straight As or getting into the “right” school. It’s about nurturing thinkers, doers, creators, individuals who can adapt, lead and thrive in a world that’s evolving faster than ever before.
At Our Little Ones Empire (OLOE) in Bangsar, this future-forward vision is already a reality. With a bold mission to nurture and empower children and young adults aged 4 to 25, OLOE isn’t just another tuition centre or after-school programme. It’s a rare gem in Malaysia’s education landscape—a true one-stop enrichment hub that walks with every learner through the most important stages of life, from early childhood to university and beyond.
So, imagine a place where your child can go from learning to spell "apple" to launching a startup.
Founded in 2016 by Ts. R. Avinash, a visionary educator and Professional Technologist (Ts.) accredited by the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). He holds a degree in Avionics Engineering—a rigorous field that blends electronics, aerospace technology, and advanced systems engineering. This strong academic and technical background underpins the centre’s future-forward focus on STEM education, robotics, coding, and IR 4.0 learning, equipping students with the skills needed to thrive in the digital age. His dedication to innovation and education also led him to establish enrichment programmes that bridge the gap between traditional academics and 21st-century skills, making OLOE one of the few centres in Malaysia recognised by national bodies such as MDEC, MOE, and HRD Corp for its forward-thinking curriculum.
Beyond the classroom, Ts. R. Avinash is also a state-level athlete in both chess and tennis, further showcasing his versatility and discipline. He is a certified National Chess Arbiter under the Malaysian Chess Federation (MCF) and an officially recognised Majlis Sukan Sekolah Daerah (MSSD) chess trainer, regularly mentoring and developing young talents at the district and state level. His vast experience in strategic thinking, competitive sports, and technical education all feed into OLOE’s unique philosophy of holistic child development—where logic, creativity, emotional intelligence, and physical wellness are given equal importance. Avinash’s personal journey fuels the heart of the centre: having grown up with limited access to enrichment opportunities due to financial constraints, he is now committed to creating a one-stop, affordable, and inclusive learning hub where no child is left behind.
What truly sets OLOE apart is their unmatched age-spanning ecosystem. Very few enrichment centres can claim to support learners from preschool age all the way to working adulthood, but OLOE does it with intention and impact.
From a 4-year-old learning to think critically through storytelling, to a 10-year-old building logic through chess, to a 15-year-old mastering coding or AI for future careers, and even to university students preparing for the workforce, OLOE is there at every step. It’s a full-circle journey of growth under one roof. Parents don’t have to hop from one place to another. Children don’t outgrow the centre. Instead, the centre grows with them.
For time-strapped families juggling school, work, and extracurriculars, OLOE offers a lifesaving solution: multiple enrichment classes under one roof. From the arts to technology, every child has a space here to discover and develop their unique strengths:
With Avinash himself being a state-level player and MCF-certified chess trainer, OLOE is one of the few centres endorsed by the Malaysian Chess Federation, offering world-class chess training that builds discipline, strategy, and mental agility.
OLOE is Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC)-recognised for coding, AI and robotics classes. Kids and teens get hands-on exposure to Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies that build digital literacy for tomorrow’s careers.
For older students, OLOE provides IGCSE tuition in core subjects like maths, physics, chemistry and biology. All delivered in small groups for high-impact results.
Through public speaking, storytelling, theatre, and leadership workshops, students grow in confidence and communication which are essential skills for school, work and life.
Mind-body balance matters here. OLOE includes yoga, zumba, and mindfulness practices, creating physically healthy, well-rounded, emotionally resilient individuals.
The real power of OLOE’s programmes lies in their holistic framework—a blend of intellectual, emotional, social, and even physical development. Children sharpen their left brain through chess, coding, and mathematics, while simultaneously unlocking the right brain through music, art, storytelling, and role-play. This all-in-one approach is a thoughtfully crafted educational ecosystem where children engage both the logical and creative sides of the brain, as a result:
