Every child here receives exceptional individual care and support. This is because the teachers understand that unless children are happy with their basic needs fulfilled, they cannot learn effectively. So, they go the extra mile to ensure children are nurtured and nourished with the right nutrients to grow up healthy and strong. And they stick to a low teacher-to-child ratio giving children the opportunity to have a bountiful amount of one on one time with teachers. As they build this bond, it makes children feel secure in their world and this sets the stage for their entire developmental future.
Needless to say, the Baby Atelier team is nothing short of professional caregivers and educators who are valued for their knowledge, skills and attributes. Teachers are carefully chosen to enrich and expand each child’s world; they are trained in CPR and first aid; they are provided with ongoing curriculum support and yearly training sessions. In addition, there is also an in-house paediatrician who can provide a specialist opinion about children’s conditions and illnesses, and how they can affect their growth and development.
Inspiring Children to Become Happy Lifelong Learners
While parents are at work, children spend their day in a stimulating environment. Using Baby Atelier's award-winning programmes, children get to enjoy plenty of small group activities that are focused on developing the whole child. Carefully planned activities are selected to address developmental milestones through sensory stimulation, dramatic play, art, music, scientific inquiry, maths, early reading and writing experiences, and so much more. Through the gentle guidance of teachers, children learn to develop self-help and motor skills, as well as self-regulation and conflict resolution among peers. They also learn empathy, acceptance and the celebration of differences through culture education. To keep children continually involved and learning, the curriculum offers fun and exciting enrichment programmes, such as language, art, sports and speech & drama too.
