Choose from multiple 90-minute sessions each day featuring educators from around the world. Each session includes presentations, hands-on activities, and plenty of time for discussion—no pre-registration needed, just show up to what interests you most.

Men in Early Care and Education Conference

The World Forum’s Working Group on Men in Early Care and Education is dedicated to supporting men in the profession, raising awareness of the need for more male educators, and building a strong global network of advocates.

Following the success of the 2024 Vancouver event, a full-day programme will be held in Kuala Lumpur this April. This session provides a platform for international delegates and local colleagues to engage in stimulating presentations and discussions focused on:

  • Understanding the Gap- Discussing why fewer men choose careers in early childhood education.

  • Breaking Stereotypes- Exploring the cultural and systemic changes needed to move past gender roles.

  • Finding Solutions:- Looking at what is already working around the world and how we can take bold steps forward.
