*I CAN READ was founded in 2000 by Educational Psychologists Antony Earnshaw and Annabel Seargeant.
*Earnshaw’s son was diagnosed with a reading disability and as a result was struggling in school.
*The academic’s determination to find a reading and literacy solution for his son that was simple, structured and natural led to the collaboration with Seargeant and resulted in the creation of the I Can Read System.
*The duo developed the system based on 17 years of researching how children learn to read and in particular, how to address the problem of treating children with reading difficulties.

• Business development by extending the pipeline in external sales initiatives (Walk-in, Phone in, Referral, Chat online, Database
• Telesales, etc.)
• To execute sales strategy to ensure achievement of the sales goal
• Make sales monthly report to the line manager
• Creating visibility and brand awareness through online and offline channels
• Implementing and executing PR and Marketing initiatives to create desired public images
• Executing extra curriculum activities to add value for customers
• Generating leads from online and offline channels
• Other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager
• Coordinate with other functional teams like Marketing to handle customer's inquiries, implement trade promotions and organise marketing events
• Other daily duties and responsibilities assigned
• 1 - 2 years experience in Marketing
• Have experience working in Sales, especially telesales
• Have knowledge of digital marketing: Facebook ads, Google ads, SEO, etc
• Multi-tasks, work under pressure ability
• Good command of English
