3Q MRC Putra Permai Puchong is a family friendly kindergarten where teachers and parents work closely together to optimize learning experiences and outcomes for the children. Catering for the age group of 2 to 6 years, the kindergarten provides a fun and safe environment whereby nurturing teachers enable children to be physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively ready for primary school and instill a desire for lifelong learning.
Children are provided with equal opportunities to learn through a group program – 3Q™ MRC – individualized to ensure every child’s success. Educational practices are primarily influenced by the Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Different modes of instruction based on multiple intelligences – linguistic, logic-mathematical, musical, spatial, bodily/kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalistic and existential – are used to help children complete their whole brain development.
The curriculum values academic achievement while presenting opportunities across a wide range of children interests and aspects of development, as listed in the table below:

All programmes are led by skilled and passionate teachers who are trained in early childhood development and learning. Teachers tailor activities to make them responsive to every child’s unique needs and interests. Class sizes are kept small to ensure that children have the attention that they require. Emphasis is placed on the creation of a supportive atmosphere that seeks to foster a context for learning in which children can build on important life skills, and become confident learners, effective communicators and active members of their larger community.
Lessons integrate learning into play, exploration, many types of hands-on activities, individual tasks, as well as collaborative groupwork. Children are encouraged to explore their flexible but familiar surroundings, both indoors and outdoors, as they discover more about themselves and learn to get along with others. The after school programme provides children a place to continue their intellectual growth and stimulation through activities including additional homework guidance and enrichment exercises. School holidays are also occupied with planned experiences programmed to keep children active in learning; children are kept engaged in activities such as gardening, art and craft, music and movement, cooking, drama, and storytelling to promote moral reasoning. Through this diverse curriculum, children will benefit in great depth to reach their full potential as well-rounded, inquisitive and engaged learners.
Parents are at the centre of the children’s learning outcomes. Teachers will assist parents in understanding what is required to deliver key aspects of children’s education. Ongoing observations and regular assessments are carried out to ensure children’s developmental areas meet appropriate requirements and parents are updated.
Children enrolled in this school readiness programme at 3Q MRC Putra Permai Puchong are provided with all the opportunities to shape them into well-rounded members of the society. The curriculum equips children with relevant knowledge, skills, competencies and strength of character to successfully contribute to a rapidly changing global community.
